Start your weekend with movement, connection, and a fresh new way to experience golf. Carolina ForeHER is teaming up with Wake Pilates to bring you a unique event that blends strength, stability, and swing.
You’ll enjoy one hour on the reformer at Wake Pilates, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance, and one hour of golf at Brookfields Indoor Golf, where our coaches will guide you through swing fundamentals and help you make solid contact with the ball. Groups will rotate halfway through so everyone gets the full experience.
With only nine reformers and three golf bays, space is limited to 18 participants, keeping the session small, personalized, and welcoming. Each participant will enjoy a mimosa, receive a special goody bag, and have time at the end to connect with other women and network.
